1. Review new sponsors that have come in
2. Review total of all sponsors
3. Review of all items for raffle
4. Discuss the need for additional volunteers and jobs for the volunteers we have thus far
5. Order last minute items
6. Discuss pick up dates and last minute arrangements
7. Coordinate any items outstanding
8. Review site plan
