Park Reports
- Overall
the pool staff and pool recreation seemed better this year than last. The
staff was much more outgoing this year.
- The
swim team had a very successful swim championship event. Many patrons and
guests commented on the organization of the event.
Recommendation: Citizens continue
to comment on the lack of shade in the pool area. The Board strongly recommends
using natural shade through the use of shade trees and the addition of
artificial shade through the use of permanent or semi-permanent structures.
Motion by Mike Caffrey, seconded by
Bill Hursh. All members voted in favor.
