MEMBER ATTENDANCE:  Steve Crump, Karen Kennedy, Bob Roll, Alex Sahaydak, and Betty Soltys

 

Call to order:  7:40 PM by Betty Soltys, seconded by Steve Crump. 

 

Review and approval of minutes from May, 2006:  Motion to approve by Alex Sahaydak, seconded by Bob Roll.

 

7:45:  Individual Park Appraisal Reports:

·        Crawford:  The upper field continues to get steady use; approximately three games are played per weekend.

·        Pharo:  The tennis courts need to be routinely swept of seasonal tree debris, but otherwise this park is in good shape.

·        College Heights: still awaiting new play structures

·        Delta Manor:  still awaiting new play structures

 

8:05:  Search for New Board Member:

We are still in the process of seeking a new member for the Park and Recreation Advisory Board.

 

8:20:   Motion to Adjourn:

·        Bob Roll motioned to adjourn the meeting

·        Steve Crump seconded the motion

 

Next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 13, 2006.
