MEMBER ATTENDANCE:  Sallie Bartos, Karen Kennedy, Alex Sahaydak, and Mike Stasak

 

7:35 PM:  Call to Order:  by Mike Stasak, seconded by Sallie Bartos

 

Review of minutes from August 2007:  Motion to approve by Mike Stasak, seconded by Alex Sahaydak.  Approved by all members.

 

7:45 PM:  Parks   

·        Delta Manor and College Heights:

The play equipment for Delta Manor and College Heights has arrived.  Installation is planned for this fall.

 

·        Crawford:

The upper soccer field is currently under maintenance.  The lower field continues to be used.

 

7:55 PM: Report from HTCC

·        No information was reported at this time.

 

7:55 PM:  2008 Budget

·        The Park and Recreation budget for 2008 was submitted to the Board of Supervisors in September 2008. 

 

8:00 PM:  Parking

·        Parking revisions at HTCC were recommended to the Board in August 2007.  We are still awaiting a response.

 

8:10 PM:  Motion to Adjourn

·        Sallie Bartos motioned to adjourn the meeting.  All members voted in favor.

 

The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 8, 2007.
