Present: Mary McCornac, Debbie Marshall, Rose Miller, Jeff DeCrosta, Michelle Michael-Mill , and Natalie Miller.

Called to order at 7:00 by Michelle Mill.

Motion made by to approve February 19, 2003 Minutes made by Rose Miller seconded by Mary McCornac. All approved.

Discussed plans for the Sousa concert.

• Rep. Craig Dally will provide citations for the Vets
• VA will provide Korean War pins
• VA will lend Hanover their inside and their outside 50^th Anniversary Korean War Flags
• John Stoffa is getting information for the program
• Jay Finnigan & Glenn Walbert will make the Township presentation

• Will contact the other committees and commissions in the Township to invite them to include info on their committees and work in the Township
• Prizes have been delivered
• The menu has been set by Pizza Village
• Pepsi has agreed to service all of the events for the year
• Pepsi will again have a coin toss and donate all of the funds to the SEC
• The Cash Cow will have a golf putt and donate all of the funds to the SEC
• Door prize donations are numbered at 31 to this point

• Mary will send thank you letters for all of the donations
• Sly Dawgz and the Dixieland 5 have been hired for entertainment for the day

• All About Fun will set up a jump and slide fire engine
• CRPD will participate with; McGruff, Robby, Kids Card, Vehicles, Bike Police, officers, and badges
• Hanover Fire & Rescue will provide ambulances and fire engines. SEC has purchased "fire helmets" for them to give to kids during the day

Working on LVH MedEvac

• Township will provide several pieces of equipment for the day. Vince Milite will be present that day for the Township. SEC has purchased "construction helmets" for him to give out.
• LVH will make a special presentation that day.
• Township will dedicate the new garage & fire engine.
• SEC will honor special volunteers in the Township.
• Rep. Dally & Sen. Dent have agreed to participate
