Minutes From February 18, 2004 Meeting 

 

 

In Attendance: Michelle Michael- Mill, Rose Miller, Mary McCornac, Natalie Miller, Margaret  

4/22/04 - Earth Day - First Annual 

Finalized ideas for Earth Day. Discussed having a place where people could come to drop off things they cannot put into the garbage such as paint cans, etc. Schools will be doing recycling projects, planting trees and making bird feeders. A master gardener will be on hand to answer questions regarding soil, etc. 

5/2/04 - 7^th Annual Sousa Concert 

Will be dedicated to our troops overseas. We will provide the refreshments 

5/22/04 - 3^rd Annual Family Fun Day - 

Will have two bracelets this year which we can get from the restaurant store. Kdis 4 and under will be $5 and ages 5 and up will be $10. Discussed all the items being obtained from All About Fun for entertainment that day. 

6/19/04 - 2^nd Annual Fire & police Safety Appreciation Day 

Will have activities such as obstacle course, water wars, ets. Med Evac will make a special landing and Rex the CRPD dog will be there. Will serve refreshments. 

6/27/04 - Iron Chef Cooking Competition - 

Need to finalize colors for the tables, flowers, etc. Still finalizing what chefs to use.

Discussed the menu.
