Discussed plans for Hanover PSSA Day at Hanover Elementary

Discussed plans for the Sousa concert.

• 11 Korean vets have sent in paperwork for citations
• Mary will send letter to the churches for their bulletins
• Cookies will be purchased from Wegmans
• Soda will be donated by Tanczos
• Flags will be purchased to hand out with programs

Discussed Family Fun Day

• Pizza Village will be the official food sponsor for the event
• All About Fun will provide 95% of the equipment.
• AAF will include manpower, set-up and delivery/return
• Wristbands will be used instead of tickets
• Karaoke should be included in the music line-up this year
• Bethlehem Band Shell needed
• Pepsi Wagon needed
• Prizes will be ordered from 2 main companies this year
• Order what is needed for the next few events and get a 20% discount on the orders

Sponsors are responding to the letters and one-on-one meetings. Excellent participation to date. Will have a list for the next meeting.
