Minutes from July 2006 Meeting

 

MEMBER ATTENDANCE:  Brenda Happ, Debbie Marshall, Kelly Gould, Margaret Giordano

 

Call to order: 7:00 PM by Debbie Marshall, seconded by Brenda Happ.

 

Review and Approval of minutes from June 2006:  Motion to approve by  Kelly Gould, seconded by Debbie Marshall.

 

 

7:30:  Halloween Parade

 

·        New activities for this year.

·        Vendors and Supplies.

·        Options will be evaluated.

 

7:45:  National Night Out: 

·        Volunteers for event to assist Crime Watch Committee

 

8:00:  September 11^th Flag Retirement Ceremony: 

 

·        Alex Pypiuk will organize the flag burning ceremony.

·        Speakers will include State Representative, Township Manager and others.

·        Donations from area businesses for refreshments

 

8:15:  Motion to Adjourn:

 

·        Kelly Gould motioned to adjourn the meeting.

·        Brenda Happ seconded the motion

 

Next meeting is schedules for Wednesday, August16, 2006.
