Minutes from June 2006 Meeting

 

MEMBER ATTENDANCE:  Michelle Michael-Mill, Debbie Marshall, Kelly Gould, Margaret Giordano

 

Call to order: 7:00 PM by Debbie Marshall, seconded by Brenda Happ

 

 

7:30:  Carnival 2007

 

·        Discussed ways of improving next year’s carnival based on this year’s experience

·        Possible substitution of carnival with another event

·        Options will be evaluated

 

7:45:  National Night Out: 

 

·        Discussed planned activities and ways of supporting Crime Watch on    this effort.

 

8:00:  Hanover Pride Banners: 

 

·        Reviewed new sponsors and discussed possible others.

·        Banners that have not been renewed will be removed in September.

 

8:15:  Motion to Adjourn:

 

·        Kelly Gould motioned to adjourn the meeting.

·        Brenda Happ seconded the motion

 

Next meeting is schedules for Wednesday, July 19, 2006.
