NOVEMBER 20, 2002

MINUTES

Rose Miller motioned to approve the minutes from 10/16/02. Mary McCornac seconded it and all others approved.

A discussion was held regarding the Halloween parade and any changes that might be made for next year. Mary will send a thank you letter to Pepsi which was forgotten when the original letters were sent.

Natalie passed out a flyer to be sent to schools, etc. regarding the holiday tree lighting. Mary McCornac and Susan Lavelle will deliver them to Asa Packer and Hanover schools.

The entertainment for the holiday tree lighting was decided. The Notre Dame choir along with John Lule

and Nicki Heimsoth will perform.

Refreshments consisting of ethnic cookies and drinks will be served.

A dedication will be held for the Armed Services.

We will be holding a food drive in connection with the tree lighting. We will also be sponsoring a toys for tots campaign.

There is a possibility that we may have to change the date depending on where we end up hosting this event.

Michelle Michael-Mill made a motion to close the meeting. Debbie Marshall seconded it and all others agreed.
