Minutes From October 2003 Meeting

 

 

 

In Attendance - Michelle Michael-Mill, Mary McCornac, Rose Miller, Natalie

                             Miller

 

 

Discussed the participants for the parade and their order in the parade as well as any contributions that need to be made for their participation.

 

Debbie Marshall will order the pumpkins to be picked up on Friday or Sat of the parade.  Mary McCornac will pick up chips/donuts/paper goods, etc. for parade.

 

Natalie has lined up the magician (through Michelle) as well as the items from All About Fun. 

 

Community Center will take care of coffee/cream and sugar for parade day.

 

Discussed that we had to postpone the Iron Chef Competition but will probably have it in the first half of next year.

 

Discussed Make A Difference Day.  Have already collected sweat suits for the Crime Victims Council from Faulkner Olds and others who wished to donate.

Will be hosting other events such as the book drive at Pizza Village and collecting Teddy’s at Talbot’s.  Pizza Village will be taking care of the food for Make A Difference Day.

 

Natalie has the sponsor banners which will be hung in the next week. She brought in a sample for our viewing.
