Called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Natalie Miller.

Michelle Mill made a motion to approve the minutes of July 15,2002

Rose Miller seconded and all others approved.

Little League Night was a great success.

Parents and Community enjoyed and appreciated the Township support.

Sent thanks you to Tanczos, Pizza Village and Emil Giordano.

Was extremely well covered by local news/press and the Philadelphia stations.

Little League Parade was an even bigger sucess.

Special thank yous were sent to everyone that donated time, prizes, food, awards and those that took part in the parade.

Well attended by the community all along the parade route and at the ceremony at HTCC.

In future programs we will change "greetings" to "message from". People thought that the Governor just didn't show up because he was listed in the program. The SEC knew that the Governor was unable to attend and had planned on Mike Fisher reading the Letter/Greeting from the Governor. Mr. Fisher was delayed but did arrive to welcome the guests and Team on the Governor's behalf.

Holiday Tree

John Finnigan III asked to say a few words to the committee.

In a short speech John thanked us for working with him on his project. He appreciated the entire committee being at the Dedication Ceremony to support him and his project.

**The Holiday Tree Project was planned and completed by John Finnigan III as his Eagle Scout project.

The Flagpole and Tree dedication ceremony were well attended and in the mood to reflect the feeling of 9/11.

John did an exceptional job on this project and is to be commended by all!
