Minutes from September 2003

 

 

In Attendance: Mary McCornac, Michelle Michael-Mill, Debbie Marshall, Rose Miller, Natalie Miller

 

 

Halloween Parade: Finalized list for parade participants.  They have all been contacted as to what time to report, when they are marching, etc.  Entertainment has been set up as well as the food ordered.  Pumpkins will be picked up that day.  All About Fun will be setting up games again for the children.  If there is inclement weather, the food will be set up inside. 

 

Iron Chef Competition: Will discuss at a further time, however, we will have to postpone until next year.

 

Make A Difference Day: Natalie has set up weekly events leading up to Make A Difference Day.  We will be collecting teddy bears at Talbots, Sweat Suits at Faulkner and books at Village Pizza.  She has also organized a penny collection at Hanover School.  All About Fun has been contacted about games for that day.  Village Pizza will be doing the food.
