HANOVER TOWNSHIP SHADE TREE ADVISORY COMMISSION MEETING

 

March 26, 2007

 

 

The monthly meeting of the Shade Tree Advisory Commission was held at the Hanover Township Municipal Building, 3630 Jacksonville Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18017, at 6:30 PM.

 

In attendance were Joan Witiak, Daniel Roman, Susan Scholl, and David Zakeski.

 

 

1.      Upon motion of Dan Roman, seconded by David Zakeski, the minutes of the February 26, 2007, STAC meeting were approved.

 

2.      Review Permits:  Susan Scholl reviewed the new permits submitted and the reminder notices sent out for permits expiring this spring.

 

3.      Park Tree Planting:  Dan Roman stated that next month we will look for several varieties of trees to plant in the parks before June.

 

4.      Park Tree Mulching Bid Requests:  David Zakeski sent out requests for bids for mulching the park trees this spring.  Sealed bids were required.  The Supervisors will open the bids at the meeting on March 27, 2007.

 

5.   Review LVCC II Lot 5-6:  No comments.   

 

6.      Old/New Business:   Ideas for the next Hanoverview were discussed.

 

 

The next meeting will be held on Monday, April 30, 2007, at 6:30 pm.

 

 

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
