MINUTES FROM MARCH 3, 2005 MEETING, 6:30 P.M.

 

 

IN ATTENDANCE:           Joan Witiak, Dan Roman, Susan Scholl, Dave Zakeski, Linda Taylor

 

1.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  Minutes from January 31, 2005 meeting were approved unanimously

with Linda Taylor initiating and Dan Roman as second.

 

2.  REVIEW PERMITS:  Review of permit lists and discussion about what recourse can be used for people who cut down trees without permits.

 

3.  PARK TREE PLANTING BIDS:  STAC received 2 bids from 8 requests.  Joan will attend the Supervisor's Meeting on March 8 to state the case for the low bid.

 

4.  MULCHING/WATERING BIDS:  So far, two bids have come back for mulching, out of  7 requests.  The deadline for mulching bids is March 10.  Requests for watering bids will be sent out after March 10. 

 

5.  REVIEW            a)  LVIP IV, LOT 13 ADDITION:  Comment on planting method. 

                     b)  HANOVER CORPORATE CENTER II:  No changes have been made to plans submitted, with regards to STAC comments of 9/11/04.

 

6.  OLD/NEW BUSINESS:  Next meeting is March 28 in the Community Center at 6:30 p.m.
